Church
meeting you
where you are
St Luke’s is a Christian Church
present on the High Street
in the heart of Walthamstow
For 16 years, St Luke’s served Walthamstow Farmers’ Market on the High Street every Sunday morning, providing free tea & coffee, home-made cakes and holding out hope.
We are sad to let you know that we left our space in the Farmers’ Market in December 2023.
Are you interested in how the church can reach the wider Walthamstow community? Do you have some ideas already?
Come and pray with us on Saturday 15th June at 53 Falmer Road, E17 3BH from 11am - 1pm. Drop in or stay for the whole time.
This will be led by St Luke's and supported by David and Janie Beales, who are experienced in helping churches think about the future.
We would value your presence, prayers and comments as we listen for what God is up to in Walthamstow and where we are being called to join in.
We will also meet on Wednesdays in Rio's Coffee Lounge, 296 Hoe St, E17 9QD from 7:45 - 9:15pm.
Do get in touch to find out more.
When do we meet?
Evening prayer service every Sunday, 6pm in St Mary’s Church.
Most Wednesdays we meet for Bible & Chat at Rio’s Coffee Lounge from 7:45pm.
The last Wednesday of every month we gather for a community meal together. Join us at 20 Melville Rd, E17 6QT from 6:30pm.
Every Saturday morning we plant and dig with tea and coffee at our garden allotment, from 10 - 12am.
